Tim graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1995. He and his wife, Amy, have been married since 1999 and have raised four children—Andrew, Matthew, Lauren, and Jonny—who remain the center of his life. They have proudly called Green home for over 25 years. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tim joined Prudential in 2005 and later founded Stephan Financial Solutions in 2008, which was rebranded as SAGE Solutions in 2025. What Tim enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to build genuine, long-term relationships with his clients, truly getting to know their stories and goals. This personal connection allows him to create thoughtful financial strategies that help clients feel confident, secure, and empowered about their financial future. His focus is on financial planning and asset management, and he values working alongside his team to deliver comprehensive, client-centered solutions.
